Had facade and front entry walkway cleaned with a pressure washing service.
Handyman replaced exit door leading the the back yard.
Handyman replaced vent hood with matching new model.
Had property cleaned, debris removed and thorough cleaning of the windows inside and outside.
Ordered refrigerator to be installed prior to the next tenant.
